Our year 2016: the inPuncto annual year-end review

We´ve never offered as many webinars and seminars in one year, as we did in 2016! More precisely:

• 80 webinars about issues, like the electronic personnel file, automated invoice processing (ZUGFeRD-invoices, E-Mail-PDF-invoices, …), document creation in SAP, process optimization with workflows, archiving in SAP and OCR recognition as well as

• 12 seminars about automated invoice processing and electronic personnel file in six different cities in Germany and Switzerland! In 2017 we´ll continue offering numerous webinars and seminars for you, our customers, our partners and interested parties.

Certification of our SAP-ECM software for Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Our ECM software for SAP was checked and certified in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the basis of various auditing standards for the compliance of the policies for proper accounting. The audit referred to the process of the software development of biz²ECM-Suite.

SAP-HANA Database

Since September some inPuncto add-on are also running on the in-memory-database SAP-HANA. This means, that with the system integration the data of the scanner software biz²Scanner, of the inbox processing server biz²ScanServer and of the workflow tool biz²DocumentControl can now be processed and analysed in real-time.

Software-Updates

In 2016 the scanner software biz²Scanner, the inbox processing server biz²ScanServer and the workflow tool biz²DocumentControl got an update. More details about the updates: Update biz²Scanner, Update biz²ScanServer, Update biz²DocumentControl.

Processing of ZUGFeRD invoices

Since May, the inbox processing server biz²ScanServer is being able to process invoices in the uniform ZUGFeRD format.

Social commitment for the enterprise network tradition-ES

inPuncto CEO Dr. Frank Marcial got personally involved in various social projects of the enterprise network tradition-ES. He ran the EZ-marathon, helped building a raised flower bed and got engaged in organizing and conducting feats in retirement homes in Esslingen.

CeBIT 2016

This year we attended the CeBIT only as visitors, but this way we had more time to get in touch with our customers and partners, and made quite a few new contacts.

Furthermore we redesigned our homepage and optimized it for mobile devices.
