Workflow tool for the document validation and releasing processes
The workflow tool biz²DocumentControl for SAP was developed specifically for the automated document validation and releasing process.
Depending on the content, the workflow for the document validation process will be initiated automatically. All relevant participants of the process will be involved because the authorisation process has been determined in advance. The integrated completeness check guarantees, that the next editor will have all the information he needs for the next editing step.
With different ways of accessing, SAP-experts (via SAP cockpit or Business Workplace) as well as other participants in the process (via email, with or without internet access) can be involved in the validation and release workflow processes easily.
The new functions of version 2.4.114 of the SAP workflow tool biz²DocumentControl & additional features:
- Optimization: invoice edit of CPD-deliverers.
- Improvement: handling of attachments, like receipts for entertainment expenses, construction drawings, email conversations with deliverers, Excel sheet with additional calculations, original email with attachments, etc.
- Separate display of invoices on a second monito.
- Extended language support.
- Automatic sending of reminder emails with multiple direct links to the particular invoice releasing workflow in SAP. The period of time can be set arbitrary, e.g. the last 14 days.
- New reports and evaluations.
