inPuncto goes SAP S/4 HANA: keeping up with the latest developments

A big new change this year was our transition to the new suite SAP S/4HANA. With SAP S/4HANA for the cloud or on-premises use, all business processes of a company are connected and new information can be received, both in real-time. The easy integration of company in worldwide data streams is another advantage of SAP S/4HANA. With further development of our inPuncto add-ons, we also support our customers in a future system change to SAP S/4HANA.

Numerous free webinars about ‘documents in SAP processes’: over 400 informative and customer-individual online seminars

Over the whole year, we offered numerous exciting webinars and seminars about the electronic personnel file, automated invoice processing (ZUGFeRD-invoices, E-Mail-PDF-invoices, …), document creation in SAP, process optimization with workflows, archiving in SAP and OCR text recognition. Our customers demonstrated great interest in our events.

Especially the seminars in our house about ‘SAP best-practice solutions ‘ were fully booked. We would also like to thank our guest speaker Ralf Körber, auditor from Ebner Stolz GmbH & Co.KG. He informed our seminar participants about the so-called GOBD (fiscal storage and regularity requirements for the automated invoice processing), as well as about the EU data protection regulations and the most important changes in the Federal Data Protection Act of the electronic personnel file.

To be able to react to the requirements of our future customers, we also offer individual webinars, so we can show special solution possibilities. Also in 2018, we will offer many new interesting webinars and seminars for you!

inPuncto software updates: optimisations for our customers

Many of our add-ons got important updates this year, like our scanner software biz²Scanner, the workflow management tool biz²DocumentControl and the inPuncto document viewer biz²Viewer. For higher flexibility and comfort!

DSAG annual congress: Encounters with innovations of the SAP world

One of our highlights this year was our participation at the 18th Jahreskongress of the german-speaking SAP users in Bremen, Germany. From September 26th to 28th, we participated as an exhibitor. More than 4.500 people visited the event, which stood under the motto ‘Between worlds – ERP and digital platforms’. Many customers and prospects visited our stand. We were very pleased about how thrilled they were about our solutions!
We had great conversations with prospects, partners and customers! And even in the whole congress hustle and bustle, we were able to see some very interesting talks

Social commitment: we support different social projects

Social commitment has always been very important to us. Every year, we donate to charities like Plan International Gemany e.V..
In June, we supported the childrens charity UNICEF to help supplying children in Africa with medicine, food and drinking water.

In December, we dispensed with Christmas presents and supported numerous projects of Plan International instead, like the fight against undernourishment of children in South Sudan or to enable a higher mobility for midwives in Laos. Additionally, inPuncto donated to tradition-ES in December, a charity organisation in Esslingen, Germany, which is socially committed to projects for the elderly. Our CEO Dr. Frank Marcial is also member of this network.
