Project description: The Swiss country chose a combination of different add-ons by inPuncto to optimise the invoice process and to archive incoming invoices. Thanks to the SAP-archive biz²Archiver, the SAP scanner integration biz²Scanner, the SAP incoming documents processing server biz²ScanServer, as well as the SAP workflow tool biz²DocumentControl the city now has a lean and SAP-integrated solution for the electronic invoice processing including an integrated releasing workflow for non-SAP users via email, and a central digital SAP invoice ledger with cockpit functions.

Company description: The city administration of Bern consists of five directorates (presidential directorate, directorate for safety, environment and energy, directorate for education, social engagement and sports, directorate for underground construction, traffic and city foundation, and the directorate for finances, personnel and IT), as well as different staff positions, who support the municipal council.
