Project description: Silgan Whitecap trust in the inPuncto add-ons: SAP-Scanner biz²Scanner, biz²ScanServer, Workflow-Tool biz²DocumentControl, biz²Viewer and SAP-Archiv biz²Archiver. A speciality about the individualisation of the inPuncto invoice processing software was the integration of the already existing organisation hierarchy for release routines in SAP. In addition we could realise, that incoming PDF invoices can be processed automatically. To avoid building an accrual at the end of the month, we could arrange, that invoices, which haven´t been released completely, could be booked at the end of a month.

Usage: saving costs and time, high transparency of the invoices processing states, booking at the end of a month.
