Project description: For Recaro Aircraft Seating, we could not only realise an automated invoice processing including an invoice workflow for paper and PDF invoices by using the components biz²Archiver, biz²Scanner, biz²ScanServer, biz²DocumentControl and biz²Viewer. We could also integrate users into the releasing workflow via email.
The individualisation of the software concerning the integration of delivery plan was very challenging. Furthermore, we developed a complete SAP archiving including the migration of old data with the new archive.
