Project description: In record time, we, as GF Machining Solutions´ IT partner, could realise the automated invoice processing in the product area Mikron. All invoices can be captured in a pile via biz²Scanner. With SAP, the mass processing scanner biz²ScanServer with the separation and OCR is being instructed. Workflows will inform employees goal-oriented in accordance with the existing signature regulations.

Usage: process optimisation (improvement and acceleration): invoice processes can now be dealt with in one day.
