Project description: With the SAP add-on software by inPuncto, Augustiner-Bräu can edit paper invoices as well as PDF invoices, delivery notes and consignment bills. Via OCR recognition, the incoming invoices values will be extracted, and workflow will be started. After the validation, the transactions MIRO and FV60 will be filled automatically with the extracted and validated values. Consignment bills and delivery notes will be scanned in a pile. Via OCR text recognition the transport number or the receipt number will be extracted from the documents. No barcode has to be glued on, because it will be generated in SAP. Afterwards an automated transition of information happens with the incoming documents processor biz²ScanServer. There the documents will be archived via the ArchiveLink interface and connected to delivery note or transport number. Monitoring and control will then occur in the ArchiveLink monitor (OAM1).

Usage: invoices, delivery notes and consignment bills can now be processed automatically and archived electronically.

Company description: The history of the oldest brewery Augustiner-Bräu in Munic goes back to 1328, when monks of the Augustiner convent started brewing beer. Today, 50% of the brewery belongs to the Edith-Haberland-Wagner foundation, who use the profit to support cultural and social engagement in Munic. The other 50% belong to the descendants of the families Wagner and Inselkammer. Augustiner Bräu beer is being mostly drunk in Munic, but also in some taverns in Wertheim, Berlin and Bregenz.
