The workshops about SAP best practices with inPuncto solutions have been received very well
Two free, practical workshops directly at inPuncto in Esslingen
We are very happy about the positive reception of our workshop in June. Both events were fully booked.
In our first workshop about automated invoice processing, we showed the workshop participants via best practices and sample workflows, how to easily process paper, ZUGFeRD and email invoices in SAP.
After a lunch break, our second workshop about the implementation of the digital personnel file in SAP started. We further explained, how to digitally edit and archive paper based documents. Our participants not only got to know best practice solutions, but also received our helpful checklist about system selection as well as a guideline for a successful project course.
Both workshops were accompanied by our guest Ralf Körber, an auditor from Ebner Stolz GmbH & Co.KG. He informed our workshop participants about the so called GoBD (fiscal storage and regularity requirements for the automated invoice editing) as well as about the basic EU privacy regulation and the significant changes of the Federal Data Protection Act concerning the digital personnel file.
Our workshops are level independent, so that everyone can participate no matter what level of prior knowledge or experience they have.
