Project description: Together with out partner ZALARIS Deutschland AG, we implemented a customized solution for the digital personnel file into the existing SAP HCM. With our solution for the digital personnel file data safety is always guaranteed. In addition, the solution allows an audit proof archiving, safe authentication, detailed data access, access protocols and a coded transfer of information.
Usage: Improvement of the personnel processes thanks to efficient information possibilities, faster research, a direct acquisition of paper and electronic documents and the automatic display and control of legal requirements.
