Projekt description: Mann+Hummel has been using our SAP integrated solution for capturing and editing documents to digitalise over 10 000 german personnel files. For the mass scan of all files patchcode pages with barcodes had been used to code the document types. The scans and additional data had been transferred from the biz²ScanServer to SAP HR, where they had been kept in a separate, protected archiving system. With our document browser biz²Explorer authorized employees can access the personnel files. Also incoming applications can be scanned and transferred easily to the relevant department by using the inPuncto software. The departments can now access all applications via SAP and answer them immediately.
Usage: Central and digital management and storage of personnel files, adaption of SAP access licences to protect sensitive personnel data, relevant departments can access application data directly.

The company´s portfolio contains air filter systems, liquid filter systems, cabin filters and cylinder head covers for the automobile industry, and filter systems for the engineering and industrial production.
