DSAG Theme Day “X & E-Invoicing with SAP”: inPuncto participates as an exhibitor

With our e-Invoicing presentation we dived into the latest news and solutions from the SAP world

On 3-4th December 2019, the theme day “X- & E-Invoicing in SAP” of the German-speaking SAP user group (DSAG e.V.) took place in St. Leon-Rot, Germany.
The primary goal of the event was to inform interested companies about news in the field of digital invoice processing.

The main focus was on X-invoicing and support in selecting the right software. In addition to the legal regulations, there were also presented practical guides on the connection of invoices to the SAP system.

On the two days around 200 participants were provided with detailed information about the solutions and could establish new contacts. This year inPuncto took part at the conference again as an exhibitor and we were able to present our sap add on software for the automatic invoice processing.

Our CEO Dr. Frank Marcial gave an exciting lecture on SAP ECM, which was very well attended and enjoyed a very positive response. In his presentation, Dr. Marcial emphasized that our SAP additional software serve to improve capturing digital processing of incoming invoices (paper, e-mail, ZUGFeRD, with and without order reference).

In addition, they can be archived in a tamper-proof manner using the inPuncto archiving software biz²Archiver. In addition, other process participants can be included in the approval or audit workflow via email, app or web.

Numerous spectators have expressed a lot of interest in our additional software and described the presentation as very exciting and informative. We managed to talk to some company representatives who wanted to learn more about digital invoice processing and possible solution alternatives. Good news is, via a partner network we can now cover the field of SAP output invoices!

A wide variety of e-invoice formats can now be generated and sent from SAP.
The standard includes:

• xRechnung (XML file), incl. PDF visualization
• ZUGFeRD
• invoicePA/FatturaPA (Italy)

All in all, the event was very rewarding and informative. We were very happy about many exciting topics and new contacts.
We are already looking forward to the next DSAG theme day and are curious to see which SAP developments evolve until then!
