Project description: With the implementation of the electronic personnel file in SAP HCM with the help of the scanner software biz²Scanner and the scan server biz²ScanServer, all relevant file processes in the HR environment as well as access channels are supported. The personnel file need will be fulfilled individually through defined file modules: employee file, pensioner file, account file. The files are scanned via multi-functional devices in the fileshare of the document biz²ScanServer.
The documents will be then separated by the biz²ScanServer and transferred to the archive. Simultaneously, the barcode is being read and connected to the SAP object, or the document with the personnel number (ArchiveLink). The efile comes with the product called Ready2Go and enables the possibility of the file print. The project has been realized in partnership with ZALRIS Deutschland AG.
