Project description: When it comes to the processing of personnel documents, the AXA Group trusts in the SAP add-on software by inPuncto: the scan integration biz²Scanner and the automated document processor biz²ScanServer. The integration of our software makes automated document processing a lot faster. The personnel documents are being scanned in a pile, equipped with a barcode and assigned. Documents from Escriba and travel expenses reports will be equipped with a barcode before they´re getting archives. This barcode contains information like the personnel number and the SAP document type. The barcode will be recognised when being scanned, and the SAP documents will then be assigned to the right personnel file. Another part of the document management solution is the creation of different PDF formats (PDF-A, PDF text searchable, PDF with integrated TIF, etc.).

Usage: quick editing of personnel files, save archiving via ArchiveLink connection, documents are getting clearly assigned via barcode
