The inbound processing server biz²ScanServer, has been specifically developed for the efficient processing of large quantities of files and documents in SAP. Its core competencies include the automatic processing of incoming content in SAP, triggering workflows, linking to business objects, and subsequent archiving. This includes preparatory actions, some of which run in the background through auxiliary programs, such as document and image preparation, barcode reading, document separation, content extraction, as well as automated comparison and analysis of master data and transaction data in the background. We also provide a suitable method for document archiving.
