We are pleased to inform our customers that, as of August 20, 2025, we have successfully launched our new ticket portal. From now on, your inquiries and requests will be processed in a more structured, transparent, and efficient manner.
Important information for you:
- All inquiries and cases are recorded via the ticket portal.
- Please submit each inquiry separately so that every ticket number can be assigned to a specific case.
- Email inquiries without a ticket number can no longer be processed.
- Telephone inquiries are no longer planned. If you would like a callback, you can simply request it via the ticket portal.
