The processing server biz²ScanServer, established for years as a digital mail distributor in companies, is receiving a significant feature update. The software automatically collects, recognizes, and processes all incoming documents—whether scanned paper documents, PDFs, emails, or XML files—and forwards them directly to the appropriate business processes.

How biz²ScanServer Works:
The processing server handles all documents regardless of format, reads content via OCR/ICR or an XML parsing mechanism, automatically classifies them, and triggers the relevant workflows—such as for invoices, delivery notes, or order confirmations. The results are then passed directly to SAP. Documents can be processed in parallel without employees having to sort them beforehand.
