So inPuncto offers you slim products for clients and server in the SAP™ environment. “Slim“, because we use the complete management functions and logics of the SAP™ system and do not have to add own management functions.

And since every company organizes its processes differently, you can specifically use single products or various combinations. You only purchase what adds value.

Our product portfolio biz²Business Suite consists of client and server products for SAP™:

Client-Software:

  • biz²Scanner –the scan-client for SAP™ on the market. In it central and decentralized scan-scenarios are realized– at the workstation or at the scan station. Of course “in-place“ in the SAP™-GUI or “out-place“ or out of Windows. 
  • biz²Viewer - is not only a viewer that is able to view various formats, it is SAP™-archive-viewer. In contrast to other viewers, it can also be controlled out of SAP™ -> e.g. hiding of the print function for users in the human resource department, and much more.
  • biz²Explorer – visualizes interrelations between SAP™ objects and their documents – a tool that displays “electronic files“ including structure, thumbnails and format-specific viewer. “Electronic files in SAP™“ are nothing other than specific perspectives/filter on the information interrelations in SAP™ (e.g. supplier file, customer file, personnel file,…)
  • biz²Validator – offers an ergonomic interface for the SAP™ workflow, e.g. for release and approval processes of invoices, orders, etc. Its advantage is the complete display of all necessary data/images for such processes- including functions like SAP™ allocations to an account, comments, annotations, release stamp, passing on of tasks, and many more. The basic logic of the processes is performed transparently via SAP™ (workflow). Thus you reach a maximum of automation according to the character/properties of the event/document.
  • biz²OfficeSynchronizer – is the only tool on the market that not only has a “push“ channel from SAP™ to MS-Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – but also a “pull” – hence a backchannel that also allows you to create, change and update SAP™ values directly out of MS-Office. Of course you can also specifically allocate MS documents to the corresponding SAP™ objects directly out of the MS applications. Among others you can use the known template technique of Word or Excel in order to create your own forms uncomplicatedly and with low investment! E-mails (Outlook) and their attachments are transferred in a targeted way into SAP™.

 

 Server-Software:

  • biz²ArchiverServer is the slimmest and easiest filing/archiving solution for all SAP™ scenarios (ADK, ArchiveLink, DVS, etc.). In addition to the performance its prominent features are the easy operation, installation and customizing. 
  • biz²CryptoServer- decodes/encodes the contents that are stored in the biz²Archiver (via AES encoding). The setting is carried out depending on the repository of the biz²Archiver that is defined in SAP™  .
  • biz²Archiver for cloud computing offers a filing/archiving solution for the archiving of  SAP™ data and documents in cloud environments (e.g. Google Documents Business area).
