- Entry into your cloud solution using three scenario variants: BASIC, COMFORT, EXTENDED
a.) BASIC: Cloud solution for pure “archiving of SAP data/documents:
ADK files, print lists or documents from the internal generation via SAP-Script/Forms can be archived in the inPuncto Cloud Archive for SAP.b.) COMFORT: Cloud solution for “Late archiving in SAP:
Incoming documents (e.g. invoices, delivery notes etc.) are provided with a barcode at the customer’s site and scanned collectively. The digitized scan batch is transferred to the cloud. There the batch is separated, barcodes are read, stored in the inPuncto Cloud Archive for SAP and assigned to the correct original document/object in SAP (e.g.: scanned paper invoice to posted SAP FI/MM document).c.) EXTENDED: Cloud solution for “invoice processing in SAP” – recognize incoming invoices via an OCR server, approve them via workflows and post them automatically in the system
